- Order Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
To request cancellation:
- Email or WhatsApp us with your order number.
- Automatic Cancellations
Your order may be cancelled by us if:
- Payment is not completed
- Product is out of stock
- Incorrect/address not serviceable
- Suspicious or high-risk transaction
If payment was made, refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
